📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the bda9 platform at bda9.net — including, without limitation, registering an account, logging in via the bda9 Login page, depositing funds, placing wagers, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the bda9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bda9 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link).

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bda9 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, warranties, agreements, or understandings — whether written or verbal — relating to the same subject matter.

🔞 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Use of the bda9 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are aged 18 years or older. bda9 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not accessing bda9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bda9 or any affiliated gaming platform for problem gambling reasons.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of bda9 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment partners.

Age Verification Process

bda9 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or another recognised authority. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed within the stipulated time frame will have withdrawals suspended until the verification is resolved.

To access the full range of bda9 features — including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering — you must create a registered account via the bda9 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one bda9 account. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, bda9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all outstanding balances, and bar the individual from future registration.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

Account Information Updates

💳 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on bda9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bda9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and City Bank. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above certain thresholds may trigger enhanced KYC verification requirements. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bda9 account balance instantly following successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. bda9 does not charge any fees on BDT deposits made via supported mobile financial services.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within two to three minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or City Bank are processed within one standard business day for verified accounts. bda9 does not charge withdrawal fees on BDT transactions.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bda9 account holder.
• bda9 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity has been flagged.
• In the event of a disputed transaction or suspected fraud, bda9 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending investigation.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method will, where technically possible, be returned via the same payment method.

Currency and Exchange

All account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values are displayed and settled in BDT. bda9 does not support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is performed on bda9 — all deposits and withdrawals are in BDT only.

bda9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Bonus Abuse

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and any associated winnings forfeited. Repeat offences may result in permanent account closure.

Promotional Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are available to players who have completed standard KYC verification unless otherwise stated. bda9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring claims already made under the original terms.

🚫 6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

bda9 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bda9 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering: Using the bda9 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to layer or integrate criminal proceeds.
• Match fixing and sports manipulation: Placing wagers with knowledge of pre-arranged or fixed match outcomes, including any involvement in cricket match fixing affecting BPL, IPL, or Bangladesh Tigers fixtures covered by bda9's sportsbook.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live poker, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game available on bda9.
• Use of automated systems: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with live casino games, or exploit platform features without human involvement.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider (including bKash, Nagad, or a bank) in bad faith after receiving gaming services on bda9.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, personal details, or payment credentials.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Using the bda9 platform or any of its content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from bda9.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bda9's systems, servers, or databases, or introducing malicious code, viruses, or denial-of-service attacks.

bda9 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate upon identifying prohibited conduct, including immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

All content on the bda9 platform — including but not limited to the bda9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bda9 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bda9 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any bda9 content without written authorisation
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on bda9 content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any bda9 software or game engine
• Use any bda9 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written consent

Game content available on bda9 — including titles from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios. bda9 operates as a licensed distributor of these titles and all associated intellectual property rights remain vested in the original studios.

⚖️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bda9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the bda9 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, server downtime, game disconnections, or payment processing failures outside bda9's direct control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain password security
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider outages affecting bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any supported bank
• Errors in game outcomes caused by certified RNG systems operating within their stated parameters
• Decisions made by bda9 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension, bonus forfeiture, or withdrawal holds

The bda9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bda9 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

🔒 9. Account Suspension and Closure

bda9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or any activity deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bda9 support at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Prior to closure, any outstanding KYC-verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the bda9 platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate the self-exclusion feature via Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion periods begin at a minimum of six months and may be set to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, the account is fully suspended and cannot be reopened. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of self-exclusion is returned to the registered payment method following KYC verification.

bda9 treats self-exclusion requests with the highest priority. Self-exclusion is activated within 24 hours of request confirmation. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new accounts — any such accounts will be closed and balances forfeited upon discovery.

bda9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material changes — such as corrections to grammar, formatting, or cross-references — may be made without individual notification.

The most current version of the Terms is always accessible at bda9.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was published. Your continued use of the bda9 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above. bda9 will not be liable for any consequence arising from a player's failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the bda9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bda9 with respect to your use of the platform. No prior representations, statements, or agreements — whether oral or written — form part of this agreement unless expressly incorporated herein.
